Seriously, do you believe it ? Worse, they tell you to keep lowering your price, even though your unit is on a higher level than others.

What would I say to you ?

I would need to tell you, it all depends because every customer is different. 

1. Is the Price good enough with extra cash proceeds to see you through for next property budgeting with cushion funds in mind? 

2. Can your current finances / status support your loan and plan to purchase the next unit?

3. Have you done up all the financial calculations required to make sure what you are going to do will be well worked out?  

4. Will you have surplus left over later on for your furnitures, electrical appliances purchase and also for your renovation? 

5. Are the worked out monthly instalments comfortable for you long term ?
