Important Key Information with Regards to Real Estate work

With the ongoing spread of Covid virus in Singapore, in order to prevent our agents from increasing the risk of further spread in the community, here are the key points to note:

A1) Work From Home will be the Default

A2) If Group activities cannot be done virtually, must reduce number of people interacting.

B1) Standard requirements for onsite property transaction activities must be adhered to.

Hence, As The Customer, You May Wonder, How are we coping with respects to such conditions in order to comply with the law?

Here are some of the measures we are taking extra on the side to protect our clients and tenants:-

1) By Default, all viewings will be conducted on zoom/ any other platforms possible for agents to communicate with Sellers, tenants, buyers, bankers and even lawyers as much as possible;

2) We are equipped to take 360 degree photo shoots and videos/ edit of videos for the client's property, and if prospective buyers/ tenants wish to view via zoom, we can also arrange for it.

3) Most of our contracts can be signed online except for the OTP which needs to be done in wet ink and signed physically. Of course for most lawfirms, if needed they will still require clients to appear at their office for the signing.

4) Relevant searches will be done online and payments to be transferred online between buyers to sellers/ tenants to the landlords.

5) Since almost everything is done online, with zoom videos/ phone calls and any other videos to support and give extra guidance to clients, we also take special care to inform clients to take snap shots/ screen shots of payment transferred to protect their interest, just in case.
